The Manufacturer warrants, the original purchaser only, that each Spa and Hot Tub Cover shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from date of shipment from the factory.
Defects in material and workmanship are fully warranted for the first year from original date of purchase and conditionally warranted during the second and third year.
Defects in material and workmanship occurring within the first year from original date of shipment will be repaired or replaced, at the option of the Manufacturer, without charge.
(All costs of removal and reinstallation are at owner’s expense, as well as the expense to return it to the factory for inspection).
Any defect in material occurring during the second and third year from original date of shipment from the factory will be repaired or replaced, at the option of the Manufacturer, on a prorata monthly basis. The prorata charge will be determined by dividing the current suggested retail price in effect, by 36 and multiplying the resulting number of months since it’s shipment.
The Warranty obligation of the Manufacturer shall be limited to repair or replacement of the Product and it shall not be liable or responsible under any circumstances or in any amount for consequential or incidental damages or for injury or damages to persons or property using or used in connection with the Product or for loss of profits or other costs or expenses of any kind or character. There are no warranties or representations by the Manufacturer other than as set forth herein, either express or implied, and no person, firm, or corporation is authorized to make any representation or incur any obligation in the name or on behalf of the Manufacturer as stated herein.
This Warranty Applies only during normal use and care and is absolutely Void if the product is misused*, neglected*, or damaged* after delivery to the original purchaser, or if it has been repaired or altered by someone other than the Manufacturer, or it has been used for any other purpose other than a spa or hot tub cover.
*Exclusions
This warranty does not include damage incurred by improper use of the Cover as outlined below.
- Defects caused by a component, or part, which is not part of the Cover.
- Failure to provide reasonable and periodic maintenance. You may have to reapply the silicone lining between the frame and the aluminum panels.
- Direct exposure to any chemicals or abrasive materials. DO NOT LEAVE COVER ON SPA WHEN ADDING NEW CHEMICALS.
- Misuse, abuse, negligence, accident or alterations.
- Normal fading and minor deterioration of exterior surfaces.
- Freight to and from the Manufacturer, to be paid by purchaser.
- Hinge: The hinge on the cover has a warranty for one year. The Manufacturer will replace the part at no cost if the hinge fails within the first year. (All costs of removal and reinstallation are at the owner’s expense). Proof of purchase may be required.
The Cover meets or exceeds all ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) F-1346-91, Standards for a Manual Safety Cover, only when the cover is purchased with factory tie downs and they are installed in accordance to the standard (2 panel, hinged cove 96″ or less). When the Cover is purchased with the proper tie downs the factory adheres the proper stickers to the cover, however it is the responsibility of the purchaser to install the locks at the site of installation.
READ THIS WARRANTY CAREFULLY SINCE PURCHASING THE BE-LITE COVER UNDER THIS WARRANTY CONSTITUTES A MUTUAL AGREEMENT OF THE PROVISIONALS.
WARRANTY REGISTRATION CARD MUST BE COMPLETED AND MAILED TO THE MANUFACTURER WITHIN 10 DAYS.
